Selling or Providing Alcohol to Minors (Under 21)
First Offense (Misdemeanor)
- Fine: Up to $500
- Jail Time: Up to 1 year in county jail
- Penalty: May include both fine and imprisonment
Second or Subsequent Offense (Felony)
- Fine: Between $2,500 and $5,000
- Jail Time: Up to 5 years in state prison
- Penalty: May include both fine and imprisonment
- License Revocation: The ABLE Commission will revoke the offender’s license
Additional Requirements
- Offenders must attend a victims impact panel program
