Usage Rights for Images, Graphics, and Media

All images, graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets appearing on The Urbanic Law Firm website (urbanic.law) are copyrighted by The Urbanic Law Firm unless otherwise stated.

These assets are created specifically for educational, informational, and marketing purposes related to Oklahoma criminal defense law. Except for infographics as expressly permitted below, unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or modification of these media assets is prohibited.

Free Use of Urbanic Law Firm Infographics

The Urbanic Law Firm permits the free use, sharing, reproduction, and republication of its infographics without advance permission, provided the infographic is reproduced in its entirety and is not modified in any way.

This permission applies to infographics published on urbanic.law and allows them to be shared or republished on websites, social media, educational materials, articles, presentations, and other digital or print materials.

To qualify for this free-use permission, the infographic must remain exactly as published by The Urbanic Law Firm. You may not:

• Crop or remove any portion of the infographic.
• Remove, obscure, crop out, or alter The Urbanic Law Firm name, logo, watermark, URL, copyright notice, or other identifying information.
• Edit, rewrite, rearrange, recolor, or otherwise alter the infographic or any text, photograph, illustration, graphic, or other element contained within it.
• Add text, logos, graphics, advertisements, watermarks, or other material to the infographic.
• Use portions or individual elements of an infographic separately from the complete infographic.
• Present the infographic in a manner that falsely suggests that The Urbanic Law Firm endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with another person, business, organization, product, or service.

Reasonable resizing of an infographic for display is permitted so long as the entire infographic remains visible, its original proportions are maintained, and none of its content is altered, cropped, obscured, or removed.

Permitted Uses of Other Media

For images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets that are not infographics, you may:

• View and display the images as part of normal browsing of urbanic.law webpages.
• Share webpages containing these images on social media, provided the image remains part of the shared page and is not extracted or reused separately.
• Quote or reference Urbanic Law Firm work in academic, journalistic, or legal commentary only if the image itself is not copied or extracted.

Prohibited Uses of Other Media

Except for the free use of unmodified infographics expressly authorized above, you may not:

• Copy, download, reproduce, or redistribute Urbanic Law Firm images or visual assets outside of normal web browsing without permission.
• Remove watermarks, credit lines, logos, copyright notices, or other identifying information.
• Alter or modify images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, or other media assets.
• Use Urbanic Law Firm images or other visual assets in marketing, commercial materials, print products, AI training, or derivative artwork without express written permission.
• Host or embed Urbanic Law Firm images or other visual assets on any external website, system, or digital property without express written permission.

The restrictions in this section do not prohibit use of Urbanic Law Firm infographics that complies with the Free Use of Urbanic Law Firm Infographics section above.

Attribution When Permission Is Granted

If The Urbanic Law Firm grants permission to use an image or other media asset that is not covered by the free infographic-use permission above, the following attribution is required at a minimum:

“Image © The Urbanic Law Firm. Used with permission.”

Additional conditions may apply depending on the nature, scope, and duration of the requested use.
